Although the settings have varied, the focus has remained remarkably consistent: helping people better understand themselves and move forward with confidence.
My interest in human development, relationships, inclusion, and learning eventually led me towards counselling, which felt like a natural extension of work I had already been doing for many years.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work within the BACP Ethical Framework.
Based in the Waterside area of Derry, I work with clients across BT47, BT48 and beyond, both face-to-face and online.

My Approach

I believe people are more than the difficulties that bring them to counselling.
Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, confidence, relationships, burnout, identity, or life changes, there is always a wider story that deserves understanding.
My role is not to tell people who they should become.
My role is to create a supportive space where they can explore who they are, make sense of their experiences, and discover what matters most to them.
