During the initial consultation, I will do an assessment that looks holistically at your mental health and involves questions and answers. This is unlike a typical session where you get to focus on what you would like. The purpose of the assessment is to make sure you are getting the help you need and any referral to appropriate services.

A typical session lasts 50 minutes.

Free Online Assessment

Assessment is carried out on all newcomers, and that includes having a chat about your needs and wants as well as Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation test appropriate for your age group, which I will go through with you.

In Person Assessment

If you prefer an in-person assessment and can get to Duke St. in Derry, Northern Ireland, I can arrange this subject to availability.
